Returns & Exchange Policy

At MagAura.in, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, our Returns & Exchange Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as intimate wear, cosmetics, and personalized items, are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.
2. Return & Exchange Process
Initiate Request: Contact our customer support at support@magaura.in with your order details and reason for return or exchange.
Approval: Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return or exchange process.
Pickup/Shipping: We will arrange for a pickup of the item or provide shipping details for you to send it back.
Inspection: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Resolution: If approved, we will process your exchange or initiate a refund as per your preference.
3. Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed to your bank account. Please provide accurate bank details during the return initiation.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
Size or Color Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this during the return initiation. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Contact our customer support promptly to request a cancellation.
After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return process upon receiving the item.
